left over turkey and chorizo pie

Last of my pies as i have run out of turkey and very happy i am feeling too that there is no waste from the turkey



 Here i sweat off a red onion and some lovely Chorizo sausages,
 as they cook the leek out paprika into the pan, but i add a generous sprinkle of more paprika.
Next i add a can of chopped tomato and half a tube of tomato paste, garlic, dried thyme. 
Next i add one can of big butter beans and the turkey and then some ladles of the Christmas mulled wine to loosen the mix up, you can use red wine but as its Christmas and im using up left overs to make new meals.  The Mulled wine is wonderfully spicy and has some great flavours in it tat will transfer well into this pie mix.
You can even eat this as a meal in itself just add another can of tomatoes and serve with rice or big hunks of bread.
With my pastry i sprinkled this with paprika to flavour it and colour the pastry to make them make look interesting.
