Its been scorching hot so a bit of water play should cool down Sophie we saw this on green garden and it has provided Sophie with endless fun filling and watching the water flow through the bottles.
Just for a bit of added fun i gave Sophie two different jugs of coloured water and she was surprised to see the colour change when it got mixed up.
Easy to make and put up just cut holes in the main part of the bottle and line up the bottle opening over the holes so the water pours from bottle to bottle. i used nails to attach the bottles to a post either where the holes were cut into the bottle or across the opening. i made sure the flat head of the nails were secure to the post to stop the bottles slipping out of place.
Oh Helen, this is just brilliant, you have such clever ideas, I love this, so simple and yet so much fun and great amusement too. This is why I'm so chuffed that I found your blog, I'm pretty useless at thinking up craft ideas and the results can be a bit dire too! You give me loads of ideas for fun things that even I am capable of doing :)
