When i dream of 1 2 3

Are you sitting comfortably then i shall begin. This is a story all about counting, do you see the cover it is all sparkly with glitter and feels all bumpy.  The pictures look great and i think this book will be a visual feast.  Shall we turn the page??

Now your all snuggled warm tuck up in bed, are you ready to count, read, listen and imagine with me.
Look see 1 polar bear big and white, he looks a bit grumpy shall we build him a snowman to cheer him up.
This is a lovely big book to hold, with fantastic illustrations, good clear numbers and lovely text to read to little ears and capture their imagination.
The counting book doesn't just stop at 10 as most toddler books do but goes all the way to 20 with each page bright a colourful and as you turn the page its great just to pause for a moment to take in the scene of each page whether it is a teddy bear picnic or dinosaurs under your bed .
But wait it doesn't end at 20 oh no..like a little encore the teaching continues focusing on the big round numbers 20, 30, 40 all the way to 100. Again with each page a delight to see, and even if you try and count all the items the number is telling to story of.  I think that is a guarantee for any parent the little ones will soon be snoozing if you count all 100 stars.
When i dream of 1 2 3 is by Oakley Graham, and is now a treasured book in our home it is so well thought out and as i have said the images are delightful fantasy which go perfectly with the text.  The book can be bought from Top That publishing and is suitable for 2-5 year olds, i had to rub my eyes when i saw that it was only £7.19, such a beautiful book at a fabulous price.
