Raspberry and white chocolate Brioche

This week on the Great British blogger off we are returning to bread once more this week will see a selection from

signature tea loaves
technical couronne
showstopper sweet buns

I have already made a savory couronne so i could try and learn something new but just to hedge myself i wanted to try a sweet too seeing as this week was mostly sweet doughs.

I made Brioche and again i have never made this and enjoyed making it and found it quite easy to do even though if you want it for breakfast you need a bit of planning as it has a cooling stage of 7 hours or overnight.

Ingredients
250g strong white flour
3g salt
25g caster sugar
5g instant yeast
70ml warm milk
3 eggs
125 room soft butter

i activated my yeast in with the milk and sugar then added this to all the dry ingredients and eggs and beat well then i added the butter bit by bit and mixed well again

the dough was then left over night to firm up i then stuffed it with white chocolate and raspberries proved it for 2 hours and popped in in the oven for 20 mins
