How does your garden grow September

Its been a few weeks since i have done this mostly the baby has taken my attention as we worked through colic and also i have been busy baking and soap making.

I took a min to take a breath in the garden and was surprised to see how much was still blooming even in the surrounding of so much dieing and going to seed
My beautiful lantern clematis is now in full throws of doing yet another amazing showstopper scene for the garden as the bright yellow lanterns turn brown and out tentatively poke little fronds before the cover of the lantern is discarded and the fronds dry and poof out into what i think look like mini grey afros

  1. Such lovely pics. That dahlia pic at the top is perhaps my fave. I hated them when we lived in the UK; they seemed so old fashioned, but then in Denmark you would see huge bunches of them in the autumn, and I love them now. We can also find them here, but I do give the bunch a good shake as they often have earwigs in... :D
