Well our pumpkins are carved lit shining out their spooky glow from the porch as a beacon to all letting them know we are celebrating the all hallows night.
First off to get into character, and this year Sophie was a Zombie baby, and we have been in training saying BRAINS.... and walking with our arms out stretch in search of flesh. Here she is doing her best monster look

She is pretty scary isn't she. I think she has gotten the monster thing down to a tee. And what do all Zombies crave oh yes flesh so here are some bloody heart to feed her cravings. These are actually cakes i made but they look pretty darn real and a lot of blood really adds to the effect of freshly ripped out hearts.
And for the more squeamish i made fat cup cakes covered in eye balls, worms and beetles i made and inside the cupcakes was of course filled with blood, MHAHAHAHA
The main part of the day was for Sophie's friends to come over and play and have some fun on such a spooky day here are some pretty awful looking bugs and monsters to be scared of.

Well the kids had fun chasing each other and being terrifying so no change there, but later we all got busy and did some truly spooky crafting and made fruit shoot bottle monsters.
With lots of sticking and glueing and googly eyes flying about the kids finally made some mini monsters with the help of the mummies.
Later all sat down for a good feed on evil eye pizza and gruesome cheesy vegetable baked potatoes
When it got dark the foursome decide to run a mock on the estate threatening trick or treat and managed to pack a booty of sweet treats that i think will last quite a while.
