Asian steak marinade

We don't eat red meat much trying to be healthy and all that, and steak is a really nice treat.  Ali makes an Asian steak marinade and now eating plain steak is just not right.  This recipe come from Jamie Oliver, one of our favourite chefs and tastes so good, if you try it too you will never eat plain old steak ever again.

Ingredients
Half a tube of tomato paste
2 tsp Guram marsala
1 pinch of pepper
1/2 tsp of salt 
Glug of olive oil
Healthy amount of chilli flakes (Ali puts a table spoon in)
Half a lemon juice
2 crushed cloves of garlic

The mix in the pictures above may look like a lot of quantity as i made enough here for about 6 steaks worth which means I have tripled up on the quantity above, follow the above quantities if your making enough for 2.  Smoothed on 2 sirloin steaks and leave out for 30 mins to come to room temperature before cooking, Ali tends to cook his steaks 4 mins each side and then rests them for 5 mins before we tuck into them.  We are usually really naughty on steak night and have home made chips too, all washed down with cold beer which is a bit of a given if your having steak,  YUM.
