I love sticks

It is fair to say there are loads of children that love sticks. Sophie is no different, small or big she will pick it up and cart it off home.  If there is a fallen trunk she will walk across it, and this one had a really lovely multi coloured bark almost camouflage.
Sophie has been enthused with collecting nature treasure of all sorts, and she now has her own special crocodile backpack which is normally full of pine cones, shells, stones, feathers, anything that catches her eye and will fit in the bag.

Here she is waiting for a bunny to pop out of its hole, we were there for some time!  she dressed appropriately with lots of random feathers we found and placed in her hair, she is my wild thing.

Her love of sticks knows no bounds, i really don't know what it is about sticks she likes, but look at that face when she found this branch utter devotion.  Her daddy has a thing about logs but that is more to do with building fires (men and fires).  Anyway fed up with carrying home large branches and sticks i told her if she wanted this prize she would have to carry it home herself and she was very determined.
