Cardboard box rocket

 We have decided to get creative with some cardboard boxes we have laying about so we decided to build a rocket.  First order of business get the paints out and strip off to get painting that way a dunk under the shower is a fast way to clean up.  Yes Sophie did spend more time painting herself rather than the rocket.

 While the box is drying mum cut out some card stars and Sophie squished tin foil onto them to make them into silver twinkling stars which we then stuck on the front of our rocket.  We made a little widow to look out of and gave the box a pointy top and fins to fly, and a door on the back to come in and out.

 When Sophie left the rocket to walk on the moon we had a rather large silver space helmet for her head to wear.
