Nevaeh came to visit today and Sophie couldn't wait for her little friend to come round so they could play in the garden and show off her new bouncy trampoline, which both girls got on right away and did synchronised bouncing. After a good old bounce the mums had a cup of tea but fancied some cake to go with the tea so set the girls to work making the mums cake mmmmm lucky mummies.
Each toddler was given there own pot of flour, butter, sugar and egg and they took turns putting the mix into the big bowl and the mixer was turned on.
While waiting for the mix the girls got busy putting blueberries into the paper cases, Nevy experimented by spliting the berries into bits and also did some quality control stuffing a few into her mouth. mmm Juicy.
The mix was added to the berries and popped into the oven to cook while Sophie cleaned the spoons and bowls. The girls chilled out in the hammock and waited for the oven dinger.
After a very short while the little cakes came out of the oven ready to be scoffed by hungry mummies and toddlers
