We have new hammock not any old hammock but a stripy utopia rainbow hammock which we recently bought from our friends at soulpad we have been waiting and waiting for it to stop raining and finally after weeks of rain the sun blazed out in glory, the hottest day we have experienced so far this year, it was so hot it zapped us of all energy and what a perfect way to loll about than chilling out in the hammock.
We think this hammock should come with a warning because as soon as you get in you never want to get out and i would happily stay here until i reached pension age. I even fashioned a bit of garden string to tie to the fence post to reach the hammock to make it swing constantly, oohhh the soothing and calmness that takes over the body when reclined and swinging is so peaceful. Sophie loves hammock just as much as mum and dad and has loads of fun jumping in and out or swinging about and even being wrapped up completely in the hammock and playing peek a boo. Looking forward to more dry hammock days, we are even thinking of moving the morning naps to our hammock.
