Frankie and Benny's revisit

After our last experience Frankie and Benny's restaurant manager Laura and area manager Gary invited us back to dine with them again.  We were met by Laura who gave us a warm welcome and showed us to our seats and spoke to us about the night where we didn't have such a great experience, she explained that she hadn't been on that night and her staff were having one problem after another and it was just one of those nights.    Looking at this night things were totally different it was a Saturday night and loads more people were visiting and there was a lot of bustle about the restaurant.  You could see Laura was a brilliant manager and her staff were responsive to her and the team were like a well oiled machine.



We all choose our mains and i had a black and blue burger and Ali had chicken as did Sophie, the food was spot on and very delicious.  Pudding was great too as we all had sundaes and Sophie had a chocolate ice cream.  I commented on the size of the sundae's last time as i thought they looked huge but when i had one of my own although generous the glass was sturdy which made it look bigger than it was.  I had a chocolate fudge cake and ice cream and the fudge cake was warm which was just heaven.

Service was very attentive Laura made us feel like V.I.P's and through the night kept checking on us to make sure we were all happy and even got the happy birthday puppy to comes out and give Sophie a high five, which Sophie was over the moon at,  if a little unsure when the six foot puppy approached her.  Sophie was also pleased as she got another amazing kids pack and it was different to the last one we had even though we had been there a few weeks previous, and she got given a bunch of balloons a sure way to make a little girl happy.  Frankie and Benny's is definitely a kids friendly restaurant and we would  definitely  be going back again soon and are thankful to Gary, Laura and the team for the re invite and experience at Frankie and Benny's.
