Po-Tolo plan bee from outer space

Are you sitting comfortably then i shall begin. This is a story all about a little space man called Po-Tolo and his friend Lop and they have travelled many miles in their space ship called Nommo.

 Po To-lo has a very important mission and must save his dying planet with a an amazing plan. When he lands on Earth he meets a lovely buzzy bumble bee named Izzy.  Po To-lo shares his Plan bee with Izzy and the Queen of the bees in hopes in taking some bee friends back to help save his planet.  I wonder if the Queen will agree and allow Po To-lo to take some buzzy bumble bees off in his space ship Nommo.

There is also lots of lovely bee learning facts at the back of the book to inspire the learning of little ones minds but here is one that is not in the book, Po To-lo means smallest star.

This fabulous story if you hadn't guessed is a great cautionary tale of a real life crisis that the lack of bees have on our environment and what an important roll they provide.

Sophie loved the story and the fact there was suspense on what was going to happen next with the engaging characters. The words were a nice big size so we could trace them with our fingers as we read and the pictures are big bold and beautiful.
